AgentPi provides AI consulting, development and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables we create specifically for you become your property upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours. Website content and branding remain the property of AgentPi.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the resources we need.
• Ensure you have the rights to any data or materials you share with us.
• Review and approve work at the agreed checkpoints.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business and project information as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA. We expect the same care for any proprietary methods or materials we share.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a best-efforts, professional basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
